Refund Policy
At Helios Med Spa, we do not offer refunds for services rendered. Aesthetic outcomes can vary from individual to individual, and while we strive to achieve the best results, they cannot be guaranteed. Clients are responsible for any additional treatments required to meet their desired results. Prepaid services and deposits are also non-refundable. However, these funds may be reallocated as store credit or applied toward other services offered at the Medical Spa.

Please note, there are no refunds or exchanges on products—all sales are final. Additionally, gift card sales are final, and they must be presented at the time of redemption.

Rescheduling Policy
Appointments are valuable, and last-minute changes impact our providers' schedules. A credit card is required to secure your appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling within 48 hours of your appointment will incur no penalty. If cnacellation occurs within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, the deposit is forfeited. You can cancel via our systme text message reminder system, or via text message via number on file. Texdt must include Name/ Appointment date and time/service being cancelled.

For appointments longer than 1 hour, cancellations or reschedules within 72 hours will incur a $100 fee per 30-minute block or 50-100% of the treatment cost. (For example, a 1.5-hour cancellation will result in a $300 charge or the full cost of the treatment.)

No-Show or No-Call Policy
This will result in complete forfeiture of deposit and service payment. Including prepayment. If service was a part of a package, the service is defaulted. (For example, a no show occurs on the first session of your package. You are forfeit that session and are now left with two remaining sessions)
