Refund Policy

At Helios Med Spa, we do not offer refunds for services rendered. Aesthetic outcomes can vary from individual to individual, and while we strive to achieve the best results, they cannot be guaranteed. Clients are responsible for any additional treatments required to meet their desired results. Prepaid services and deposits are also non-refundable. However, these funds may be reallocated as store credit or applied toward other services offered at the Medical Spa.

Please note, there are no refunds or exchanges on products or services—all sales are final. Additionally, gift card sales are final, and they must be presented at the time of redemption.
